This Privacy Policy explains how Snap ID: Movie Finder ("the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information. We do not require account creation and do not sell personal information.
The App uses your device's camera and photo library to let you submit images for processing. Submitted images are sent to our backend service to provide the App's core functionality and are not linked to a personal profile, since the App does not use accounts.
We also receive limited technical and usage information through third-party services described below, such as app usage events, crash diagnostics, device identifiers, and advertising identifiers.
Camera and photo library access is requested only when you choose to submit images, and only for that purpose.
Submitted images are used to fulfill your request and are not knowingly retained beyond that purpose and ordinary operational logging. The App does not keep a local history of past activity.
The App uses third-party services to process submitted content, to provide supporting information related to that content, and for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These services may collect information such as the content you submit, device identifiers, app usage events, crash diagnostics, and advertising identifiers, and may use this information according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how these third parties process data beyond the purposes described here.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party services described above, and only as needed to operate the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
