This Privacy Policy explains how AirQR ("the App," "we," "us") handles information. We do not require account creation and do not sell personal information.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any content you send or receive through the App. Content you choose to transfer is processed entirely on your device and the receiving device and is never uploaded to us or to any server.
We also receive limited technical and usage information through third-party services described below, such as app usage events, device and app diagnostics, and crash reports. This information does not include the content you transfer.
Camera access is used only while actively receiving a transfer, for on-device processing. The camera feed is not recorded or stored.
The App has no backend server and no user accounts. Content you transfer is never sent to us; the only information we receive is the diagnostic and usage data described below.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. These services may collect information such as app usage events, device identifiers, device and operating system information, and crash logs. This data is used only to improve app stability and performance and is handled according to Google's privacy policy. The App does not use any third-party advertising or tracking services.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and because we do not collect personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell, share, or have access to any content you transfer using the App. Diagnostic and usage data is shared only with Firebase (Google) as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
